ProSet – Automated Set-Up Control Upgrade
ProSet replaces obsolete set-up controls with an Allen-Bradley PLC and absolute position encoders for Flexo Folder Gluer productivity improvement.
ProSet is a scalable control upgrade solution for Flexo Folder Gluers based on the Allen-Bradley Logix PLC. The same processor and software can serve as a simple set-up control retrofit…or a complete machine solution including replacement of obsolete DC drives and OEM machine PLC controls. All ProSet systems include new absolute position encoders with simple network connections that replace the old encoders and cables.
ProSet is ‘OEM Independent’…our standard solution has been applied to a wide range of converting machines including: Langston, Ward, Martin and Emba. The scope of ProSet ranges from a simple set-up control retrofit to a complete machine control upgrade and re-wire.
